In Jan. 2018, Weltool shocks the world with the First White Laser Illumination Tool, worldwide! Disruption in the age of LED illumination!  Weltool stands as the industry leader of innovations, creating an extraordinary future!
    Weltool White Laser starts by focusing blue laser beams on a layer of fluorescence, initially emitting yellow fluorescence; this, combined with the remaining blue laser, creates the target white laser beam.  The Weltool W3, "The Featherless Arrow", leverages this technology as its core to create the white laser illumination. Since yellow fluorescence is a wide spectrum light, the white laser created from it is also a wide spectrum light.  This is the technology at the core of not just Weltool Laser, but all laser illumination technology, bringing lamp life in excess of 10,000 hours.
    The research team behind this remarkable light technology hails from the world famous Tsinghua University.  This breakthrough work fully resolved the Fluorescence Thermal Quenching issues, enabling the Fluorescence to fully withstand the high frequency laser activation and continuously emit bright light.  Currently there are over 120 total technology patents, over 70 innovation patents, 1 international PCT, and 10 licensed patents.
    The Weltool W3 uses an extremely focused laser beam to activate its Fluorescence, all the light created from the activation will be focused to one tiny originating spot as an extremely tight focused beam, further transformed into a blinding pillar of light by a special reflector and lens system.  Ergonomically designed with 155mm long and 1 inch diameter body, sporting a 180,000 Candela beam and a distance of up to 848 meters!  There are two levels of output to choose from with an additional strobe function.  The Weltool W3 is designed from the ground up as a specialized tactical flashlight.
 
    "The Featherless Arrow" – A shot to shatter the darkness!

Instructions:
  • Open the tail cap twisting counter-clockwise, insert a fully charged 18650 rechargeable Li-ion battery with the positive terminal toward the head bezel.  Tighten the tail cap twisting clockwise.
  • This light has reverse polarity protection against incorrectly oriented battery.  If the flashlight does not turn on, please check immediately if the battery is inserted correctly.
  • Once the battery has been inserted:
  1. Press tail switch once to turn ON, this will default to LOW mode.  Release the switch at any time to turn OFF, or
  2. Press tail switch again (twice) to switch to HIGH mode, and
  3. Press tail switch one more time (three times) to switch to STROBE mode.  By repeating the press, the stages of LOW-HIGH-STROBE will cycle until the switch is released, or
  4. Press the tail switch until it clicks in any stage to lock in the current mode for CONSTANT ON
  • Click the tail switch again to turn the flashlight OFF.
  • After the flashlight has been turned off for 3 seconds, the next activation will return to low mode by default.
  • The flashlight will flash twice as the battery's capacity becomes too low, please use a new battery when the warning flash begins.
  • After the first flash, the flashlight may have up to 5 minutes of illumination remaining.  After 5 minutes, the flashlight may turn off automatically.
Caution:
  • Unauthorized disassembly may damage the light and void the warranty.
  • The light will increase in surface heat during use, recommended use is outdoors in a well ventilated area with ambient temperature under 25 degrees Celsius and the wind speed exceeds 5m/s.  When the light is uncomfortable to hold due to increased heat, please turn the light off until it cools down.  If used indoors, it is recommended to be used for no more than 10 minutes each time and allow the light to cool down between uses.
  • Please swap out the O-rings regularly to maintain the water resistance level.
  • Lubricate the threads with professional grade lubricant regularly.
  • Maintain and keep clean any contact surfaces of the flashlight with alcohol swab.  This may prevent irregular flashes during use.  
  • Remove batteries during storage.  Keep lithium-ion batteries charged approximately every 4 months.
  • This flashlight may not be used as a diving light.
  • Do not aim this light directly at eyes or exposed skin to prevent injuries.
  • Keep this flashlight out of the reach of children.


WARNING: 
  • This light uses a high efficiency LEP emitter, with power output between 0.22 – 0.25W, classified as a Type IIIb laser device.  Please use in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. By using this device, you certify you have read the included "Laser Safety" warnings and release the manufacturer and retailers from all liabilities.
  • The tail cap acts as a "safety key" and must be kept safe.  The tail cap switch can shut off the light immediately or by twisting off the tail cap as a safety back-up.  An opaque lens protector is included as a standard accessory.  Equipped properly, this protector will prevent any light from escaping the front of the flashlight as a safety device.
  • DO NOT aim at another person.  DO NOT aim at mirrors, glasses or other reflective surfaces.  DO NOT aim at aircraft or vehicles in operation.

When the laser hits the phosphor element backed by a metal substrate, it reflects back a broad-spectrum light. In an LEP flashlight, the white light is directed out via a series of lenses resulting in a telltale bright white and long-reaching light. Unlike the average LED flashlight, the LEP flashlight has an extremely tight hotspot that stays really small even at a longer distance
